Crossland Downs offers a mix of one-, two-, and three- bedroom townhomes set in a quiet, wooded neighborhood. Many of the townhomes include a patio and storage space too, often with around 1,100 - 1,440 square feet for plenty of room to spread out.

Location & Transportation Perks

Located right across the street from the Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine, Crossland Downs is convenient if you're are looking at the Auburn’s esteemed vet program. But you’re also only 2 miles to Auburn’s main campus, straight up Wire Road.  Plus, there's a Tiger Transit stop right at the complex - easy campus access without needing a car.

Amenities & Setup

Crossland Downs has a nice neighborhood pool as well as basketball and tennis courts.  And the whole community is very wooded, making it feel peaceful and serene. 

Short‑term rental potential?

Crossland Downs can be used for Short Term rentals, so they would be a great opportunity to get some income while you are not using it for a game day pad.
