Ross Park & Northern Village at Ross Park

Ross Park and the newer Northern Village at Ross Park are a cluster of cozy cottage-style twin-homes and townhomes just north of central Auburn – located around Jack Hampton Lane and Northern Village Court. Ross Park, which began in the early 2000’s and Northern Village at Ross Park was built in 2020, have homes are typically 2-story with 3 or 4 bedrooms per side.  The neighborhoods are just 1.5 miles to Toomer’s Corner, and it’s well-served by Tiger Transit .

The HOA covers exterior upkeep - that includes lawn care, irrigation systems, and insurance for common areas.

Some units come with small fenced backyards and patios, ideal for tailgating before home games or having meals with friends.  There are a few different amenities depending on the HOA – for instance the Northern Village has a dog park while Ross Park has a neighborhood pool.
